These terms cover browsing Prague Daybook and using its editorial suggestions. They do not replace the terms of an independent organiser.
Operator and contact
Our role
Prague Daybook helps you discover Prague and explore experiences. We currently do not sell tickets, take payments, confirm availability or organise the listed activities. Our listings provide editorial inspiration. If a partner link is available, booking and payment take place on the provider’s website.
Before booking
Check the provider’s legal identity, final price and currency, inclusions, date, meeting point, age limits, language, accessibility and cancellation conditions before paying. A displayed guide price is not a binding offer by Prague Daybook. Changes, refunds and complaints about an activity should first go to your contracting provider; your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Editorial routes and practical information
Our routes are self-guided suggestions, not guided services or travel packages. Travel, meals and admission are separate. Timetables, fares, access and weather can change: check the linked official sources. Choose a route appropriate to your needs. We aim for accuracy and welcome corrections; nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Partner links and reviews
Clearly identified affiliate links may earn us commission. We do not process your payment. Commercial relationships must be disclosed near relevant links. We do not claim that every listing is personally tested. No customer ratings are published until real source data and the review verification method are available.
Content and lawful use
Use the site for personal planning. Respect copyright and third-party image licences; do not republish our content or misuse the service. External websites are operated independently. Applicable mandatory rights, including consumer protections in your country where relevant, are preserved.
Contact and disputes
Contact the operator first about this website. For eligible consumer disputes involving a Czech trader, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) provides alternative dispute resolution; see its official eligibility and procedure information below. A booking dispute concerns the provider named in your contract. The former EU ODR platform closed in July 2025 and is not a complaint channel.
